We were founded on the belief that women deserve to confidently show up in the world as their best, happiest, most aligned version of themselves. Too often women have played small, put their dreams aside for others, people pleased, or were overcome by feelings of imposter syndrome, self-doubt, overwhelm, or burnout. Having overcome these exact same limiting beliefs and environments, our founder Kelley decided enough was ENOUGH. It encouraged her to create a platform that empowered women to rediscover who they truly are, what their wants and needs are, and how to improve their self-worth so they can accomplish their goals and live their best happiest lives.
Rise By Design will provide you with actionable tips, helpful tools, candid conversations, and a community of like-minded ambitious women who are looking to become the best version of themselves, elevate their lives, and manifest their dream life.
About Our Founder
Our Founder, Kelley Green Johnson launched Rise By Design (formally Rise In Color) in November 2019 to help women create happy, healed, successful lives on their own terms. Although the name has changed, the mission remains the same and is only amplified by the addition of the healing and transformative system of Human Design. Kelley is a published author of the book “Perfectly Imperfect,” a Certified Life Coach, who is also Certified in Meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Human Design, and the Host of the Rise By Design Podcast.
Kelley has worked at Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies like Enterprise and UPS, and worked with brands/companies like Allstate, American Greetings, Credit Karma, and the NYC Department of Education. She has been seen on networks such as CBS New York, MTV, and Starz, and has had coaching clients as far as Johannesburg, South Africa. Kelley prides herself on creating and giving value to people, which is why she created Rise By Design.
Kelley has spent nearly ten years helping people and companies reach their goals in an empowered, aligned, and sustainable way. She is excited to support a dynamic community of phenomenal coaches + leaders with Rise By Design.
